Carlos Ortiz started Northern Pines Construction Services after one too many conversations with homeowners who felt like a number to the last company that quoted them: rushed visits, vague pricing, and no one to call once the crew packed up. He believed a window and door company could do better simply by treating every customer like a neighbor instead of a transaction.

That idea became the whole business model. Every consultation is unhurried, every price is explained line by line, and the person who measured your home is still reachable long after the invoice is paid. Growth mattered less than getting the relationship right, which is why the people who started the company are often still the ones answering the phone.

We stayed regional on purpose. Central Indiana has a specific problem: long humid summers followed by freeze-thaw cycles that work seals loose, and a crew that installs here every week understands it better than a national brand's franchise schedule allows.
