Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you submit a consultation request, an instant estimate, or a visualizer configuration, we collect the information you type into the form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, and the description of the work you are considering.
The estimate and visualizer tools also write a summary of the product configuration you built into that description field, so that a designer can prepare for the conversation. Those tools run entirely in your browser; nothing is transmitted until you submit the form.
2. Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to contact you about the window or door work you asked about, and to prepare an accurate quote for it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.
If you become a customer, the same record is used to schedule your measure and installation visits and to administer your warranty.
3. Where it is stored
Form submissions are transmitted to Salesforce, our customer relationship management provider, and stored in our Salesforce organization. Salesforce processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.
Access inside our company is limited to the designers, schedulers, and service staff who need it to do the work.
4. reCAPTCHA
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions. When a form loads, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis.
That collection is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and the information is used to provide, maintain, and improve reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. It is not used for personalized advertising by Google.
5. Cookies, analytics, and local storage
We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Page-level measurement uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it records that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, and on what kind of device. It does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites.
The Instant Estimate saves the cart you configure in your own browser’s local storage, so a refresh does not throw away your work. That data stays on your device, is never sent to us unless you submit the form, and expires after seven days. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it immediately.
Google reCAPTCHA, described in section 4, sets its own cookies when a form loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the estimating and visualizing tools will continue to work.
6. How long we keep it
Consultation requests that do not become projects are retained for twenty-four months, so a designer can reference the earlier conversation if you come back to the project later.
Customer records are retained for the life of the warranty — the lifetime of the installed product — because warranty administration requires the original order detail.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call the office or use the contact form and we will confirm the request within ten business days.
You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email; that does not affect an active project or warranty record.
8. Children
The site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least thirty days.
Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
