New windows behind the original trim
The stained wood casing was worth keeping, so only the sash and glass came out. The case and stool never moved.

A five-lite curved bay doesn't come off the shelf. Every pane was measured and set individually to hold the original radius.

The original wood-framed triple window had swollen and stopped sealing. The new unit fills the same brick opening.
