A designer walks the rooms with you and measures the light as well as the openings — which walls take afternoon sun, which rooms you actually sit in, where a fixed unit would serve you better than one that opens.
You leave with itemized pricing for the exact configuration you chose, not a range and not a same-day-only discount. Nothing is ordered at this visit.
A technician, not a salesperson, returns to take the production measurements. Each opening is measured at three heights and three widths, checked for square, and inspected for sill or jamb rot behind the trim.
If we find water damage, you hear about it before anything is ordered, along with what it changes about the price. Your units then go into production built to those numbers.
Our own crews, not subcontractors. They mask the floors and the path from the door, remove the old units, set and shim the new ones, insulate the cavity, flash and seal the exterior, and reinstall or replace the interior trim.
Most single rooms are finished, cleaned, and back in service the same day. A whole-home project runs two to three days, and we work one elevation at a time so the house is never fully open.
The crew lead walks every unit with you before leaving: operation, locks, tilt-in cleaning if the style has it, and where the weep holes are. You sign off on the work, not on a tablet at the door.
A follow-up call comes at about thirty days, and the warranty is administered by us. There is no manufacturer hotline to argue with, and the coverage transfers once to a new owner.
Manufacturing lead time is the long pole. Everything else is measured in days.
